FUNdamentals session (60mins)
welcome to the first program of the athleticism series, focusing on building athletes that swim. this program includes a dynamic warm up to build coordination and conditioning, body tension for positioning in the water and a gymnastics based strength circuit. the swimnastics skill in this series is a handstand, used to create an awareness of posture and develop strength in streamline.
activation (15mins)
a program designed for beside the pool. this sequence includes dynamic mobility and middle body strength to have you dive in with core activation and range throughout the body. each exercise flows into the next to create a centred focus before training.
