FUNdamentals session (60mins)
this is the final program of the athleticism module in FUNdamentals. the warm up requires more explosive leg strength with an emphasise on quickness off the floor, whilst the body tension incorporates movement in and out of shapes. it is time to try mini handstands and use the core strength along with postural awareness and mobility you have gained through the previous programs. make sure to translate your learnings into the pool when you are in streamline.
activation (15mins)
a program designed for beside the pool. this sequence focuses on increasing range through the body and builds middle body strength. create connection in the body and feel the difference when you are in the water. it is a great sequence to do in the morning before diving in.
