6 instructional videos every month

each and every program comes with instructional videos of the exercises within the program. included are key coaching points to guide you in teaching your athlete. there are also modifications and progressions to meet your swimmers where they are at.


60 minute swimnastics session

each month a new 60 minute dryland program is released. keeping your swimmers engaged and continually challenged. 5 components make up the entire session.


15min activation sequences

want your swimmers to dive in ready to go...with muscles engaged and mobility in the body. use the 15minute swimnastics program on pool deck before your session. delivered in a flowing format where each exercise moves into the next, enabling athletes to connect into their bodies before they start your session.


2 downloadable pdfs each month

your 60minute and 15minute programs come with suggested reps and sets, modifications and progressions. along with coaches notes guiding you along the way. know what to look for, the ideal technique and how to get the most out of this specific gymnastics based dryland program. there are also printable pages for your swimmers to have on pool deck.

3 month introductory offer

$300 ($25 p/week)

a one time payment to receive 3 x 60min sessions and 3 x 15min activation sequences. delivered over a 12-15 week period. valid once per member. a great way to begin implementing swimnastics into your training program

 

membership on annual payment

$1400 per/ annum ($27p/week)

receive a new 60minute session and 15minute every month for 12 months with a one time payment. you will receive a total of 12 x 60minute sessions and 12 15minute activations over a 52-55 week period.

membership on monthly direct debit

$130 per/month ($30 p/week)

once you sign up as a member you will be immediately taken to the training programs. you will find your videos, pdfs and additional resources already there ready for you to start. from then on just login through the members portal to access all your resources. each month you will be notified when the next program is ready.


are there any tech requirements?

all you need is an internet connection. you can stream the videos from our site or download them to your computer. the pdfs are downloadable and printer ready.
