we progress the forward roll learnt in turns program 1, to stand up immediately out of the roll. the shapes in body tension start to become longer with a continued focus on muscle activation. enjoy the challenging progressions in line drills.

 
stretch those shoulders with swimnastics

activation (15mins)

there is a strong focus on building stability within the shoulders in this activation program. movements become more dynamic to challenge the connections and there is an opportunity to further develop the forward roll to stand up.
