FUNdamentals session (60mins)

our forward roll becomes more dynamic as we begin exploding into a streamline jump replicating the push off the wall. we continue to build body connections through body tension and use the wall to deepen the mobility section of the program. there are quite a few fun partner activities in this program!

 
stretch those shoulders with swimnastics

activation (15mins)

there is a strong focus on building stability within the shoulders in this activation program. movements become more dynamic to challenge the connections and there is an opportunity to further develop the forward roll to stand up.
