FUNdamentals session (60mins)

our forward roll becomes more dynamic as we begin exploding into a streamline jump replicating the push off the wall. we continue to build body connections through body tension and use the wall to deepen the mobility section of the program. there are quite a few fun partner activities in this program!

 
stretch those shoulders with swimnastics

activation (15mins)

the middle body strength becomes more dynamic as we use the endurance and muscle memory built in the earlier programs holding dish and arch. move slowly and maintain the basic principles learnt from the earlier programs.
