 
        
          Zoom swimnastics session (6.00pm on Tuesday 4 November)
You now have access to swimnastics classes from your lounge room. we will have you diving back in with greater core strength than before. each day we will focus on a different swimming skill - streamline, underwater, turns, starts, pull and kick along with the staples of body tension and flexibility. can’t wait to “see” you!
